Our Team

K.J. Cardinal
Co-Founder

Cardinal first started graphic design, website development and video production at Northeastern University, working three years in athletics before graduating in 2003. He moved on to the America East Conference, becoming Assistant Commissioner for Communications. Cardinal co-founded Pack Network in March 2007 and has been the force behind Pack Network's video production progression from basic webcasts to full-scale television capabilities. He resides in his hometown, Farmington, N.H., with his wife Angie and three children, Anna, Leo and Samantha.

Adam Polgreen
Co-Founder

Polgreen spent 11 years at Northeastern University before co-founding Pack Network in 2007. A 1996 NU graduate, Polgreen worked for seven years in the athletic department. He created and led development of the GoNU.TV video service, which is the root of Pack Network's video operations. In 2001 he was named Sports Information Director and Assistant Athletic Director. Two years later, he became the university's Associate Director of Web Services. A native of Binghamton, N.Y., Polgreen has lived in Boston for 31 years. He and wife Holly have two children, Katie and Sam.

Jared Fieldsend
Senior Production Director


Fieldsend joined Pack Network in 2015 and serves as a Senior Production Director. A 2010 graduate of Thomas College (Waterville, Maine) with a bachelor's degree in Sports Management and MBA, Fieldsend worked at the University of New Hampshire as Director of UNH Wildcat Productions. He oversaw the athletic department's production of video streaming, on-demand video, offical video review and televised games. Fieldsend is a native of Somersworth, N.H.

Tom Casanova
Production Specialist


Casanova has become an invaluable member of the Pack Network staff, serving as the primary lead for the setup of the company's most elaborate and high-profile productions. Casanova first worked with Pack Network as an undergraduate at Merrimack College, where he established himself as an ace lead camera operator for the company's hockey broadcasts. Casanova graduated from Merrimack in 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts in English. He resides in his hometown of Barrington, R.I.
